DIAMOND WIRE
The cutting element of the wire is the diamond bead.
High quality diamond wire with either electroplated or sintered beads is produced by DIATOOLS for economical quarrying, sizing and slabbing marble blocks. Diamond wire and accessories such as steel rope, steel springs, spacers, couplings, male/female threaded joints are available for customers.
After 5 years of research and intensive tests DIATOOLS is proud to introduce on the market a new type of electroplated bead: the MLEP diamond bead – “multilayer electroplated diamond bead” with a life span similar to sintered beads and the sawing speed of normal electroplated beads.
